You heard it right. The salmon trout also known as rainbow trout (formal and official name) are from Norway, a place famous for fish qualities.
The fish are cleaned and cut in half includes head and tail, sliced vertically in ventral view facing upward, cut horizontally if lying down.
It is further sliced and cut into fillets. The typical weight of a half fish is around ±2.1 kg.
Salmon flesh, generally orange to red, sign of rich in hydrocarbons (giving the right amount of energy required for an active, healthy lifestyle) and antioxidants (promote beautiful skin).
It is also rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, elements for further beautiful skin.
Ingredients of suggestion as shown in one of the pictures:
(1) Roast potatoes
(2) Green beans (trimmed)
(3) A few spoons of Italian dressing (vinaigrette-type salad dressing in American cuisine that consists of water, vinegar, lemon juice, vegetable oil, chopped bell peppers, sugar syrup, corn syrup, herbs, spices, onion, garlic and sometimes with cream and milk).
