You heard it right. The salmon trout also known as Fjord Trout (formal and official name) is from Norway, a place famous for fish qualities.
The fish are cleaned and cut in half including head and tail, sliced vertically in ventral view facing upward, and cut horizontally if lying down. 
It is further sliced and cut into fillets. The typical weight of a half fish is around ±2.1 kg.

Salmon flesh, generally orange to red, sign of rich in hydrocarbons (giving the right amount of energy required for an active, healthy lifestyle) and antioxidants (promote beautiful skin).
It is also rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, elements for further beautiful skin.
