Fish cake is a dish made with ground fish meat, mixed with tapioca starch and wheat starch.
1. Stir Fry: Stir fry with other delicacies (vegetable, seafood or noodles)
2. Deep Frying: Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown after defrosting.
3. Steam: Reheat for 8 minutes.
4. Boil: Boil in 100°C hot soup for about 8 minutes.
