Frozen Sanuki Udon
Quantity: 5 servings (1 serving = 250g)
1. Noodle soup: Boil soup with fresh ingredients, put frozen udon in boiling soup and cook for 1-2 mins
2. Mix noodles: Put frozen udon in boiling water and cook for 1-2 mins. Drain and put them in a bowl. Add flavor and your favorite ingredients, mix well and serve.
3. Stir-fried noodles: Put frozen udon in boiling water and cook for 1-2 mins then drain excess water. Stir-fry ingredients of your liking in a frying pan until cooked. Add cooked udon and continue stir-frying for 2 mins before serving.
4. Hot pot: Put frozen udon in boiling hot pot soup and cook for 2 mins before serving
