Tips to handle a 2kg pack of chicken wings:
1. Defrost all chicken wings at room temperature/ soaked under water/leave the chicken wings to thaw at the bottom of the refrigerator
2. Divide into the small portions
3. Marinate with different sauces and put back into refrigerator to marinate overnight for extra flavor
*if you didn't plan to cook on next day, need to put it back in the freezer
