Octopus is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, the good fats and it is good for the heart.
Omega-3s can lower your blood pressure and slow the buildup of plaque in your arteries, reducing stress on the heart.
It is better not to use any salt as an advise on cooking octopus. Octopus is naturally salty.
Recommend boiling the baby octopus first before cooking typically 5-10 minutes.
There are many ways of cooking baby octopus, typically saucy style, sweet soy sauce with scallions and some spice (dried chili) or just serve raw with lemon.
Experimenting, try it yourself! Good Luck ;D
